We are now centrally located on Long Island and only blocks away from the Hicksville train station.

Please consider joining the H.O.P.E. Team.  We are looking for volunteer stroke survivors and caregivers to help other stroke survivors and caregivers.  Please contact us if you are interested.  There are so many that could use your help and we would love to meet you!!
